Like most folks putting an outdoor event together, I had crossed fingers and toes in hopes that the weather would be perfect for the Iowa Arbors & Botanicals Tour at the Brenton Arboretum in Dallas Center, Iowa and the Greater Des Moines Botanical Garden in Des Moines, Iowa.
